Apparently I am so used to jumping through customer service hoops that when something is simple and straight-forward, I am left in state of shock.
Over the weekend I realized that I did not receive the correct case with a recent glasses order from 39dollarglasses.com (which comes HIGHLY recommended, by the way). I just called them and spoke with a customer service representative. After giving them my order # and explaining the issue, I was told that it was taken care of and the new case would be shipped out soon. I hung up the phone and felt as though I’d just come out of a trance. I feel like more and more businesses are starting to realize the real worth of good customer service, and I am extremely glad for this. It’s a shame that the large companies (Chase, Verizon, etc) with which we have to deal most often will be the last ones to jump on this bandwagon.

VERIZON CAN EAT DICKS FOREVER.
For a second I thought this was just really awesome spam.
