For an explanation, see “Da Rules” after the jump. If you feel inclined to make your own, throw it up on your host of choice (imageshack is a good one) and leave a link in the comments.

Hailed as the very first “Headbanger’s Workout Tape,” Howard Hendricks’ raw You Just Need Some Exercise will have you sweating out your rage. With such thrashers as “Let’s Get Physically Abusive” and the powerful “Shake Up the Baby” you will find yourself with no choice but to give in and work out. The album’s closer, “I’ve Got a Lot of Problems With You People,” is a mellower, partially spoken-word track designed as a “cool off” for the end of your workout. The “Deluxe Edition” of the album came with a bonus disc of B-Sides and early demos as well as a set of 3 black terry-cloth sweatbands.

So Full of Doubts, an album that is now recognized as a “new classic” in the minimalist electronic genre was almost completely ignored until it literally became a “commercial success.” The failure of Dolný Lopašov’s forth album was cited as one of the primary causes of their 1999 split. It wasn’t until 2003, when music directors started to look to the Stockholm-based duo’s album for quiet, subtly-moving compostitions to back product commercials that the album rocketed up the charts. Tampax first chose Dolný Lopašov’s “European Vacation Dreaming” to help launch its “Fresh Super” line of tampons. Since then, the duo’s dreamy tracks have been used in commercials for a wide variety of products, from Chrysler Town & Country Minivans to Hardee’s Country Breakfast Burritos.

I am not writing anything for this one, because I don’t care for it.
Da Rules (stolen from the internets):
- INSTRUCTIONS:
The first article title on the page is the name of your band. You can remove bits in brackets - eg. “(Seinfeld epsode)” - if you like, or you can leave them in. - http://www.quotationspage.com/random.php3
The last four words of the very last quotation is the title of your album. You can use the last three or five words if it sounds better. - http://www.flickr.com/explore/interesting/7days/
The third picture, no matter what it is, will be your album cover. If it won’t let you save the pic (if this is the case, it will call the file “spaceball.gif”), press shift and print screen to take a screenshot, then paste it into the program. - Use your graphics program of choice to throw them together, and post the result. You can get fonts from dafont if you choose.
- Write a blurb about your album’s musical content (optional).
- RULES:
- No partial re-rolling, eg: you don’t like your album cover then you have to get a new band name and album title too. You can fully re-roll as much as you like.
- Exceptions: when you have randomly selected the title of an existing band, or a band name/album title/image that someone else has used.
- You can crop your picture to fit CD dimensions and resize it in either direction ’till it’s the right size, but don’t drastically change the base image. You can add a border or something outside the image if it’s small or not square, in order to fit the album cover dimensions.

I played along and this is what I came up with:
Most fun.
And of course yours is awesome!
